Introduction Sentinel Alpha LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates sentinelalpha.net, the Sentinel Alpha mobile app, and a members' Discord community, providing real-time trading signals and related educational content. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. ## 2. What We Collect **Account information:** email address, name (optional), Discord handle (if you join the community), and country of residence (for tax purposes). Sign-in is passwordless — we verify a one-time code sent to the email tied to your Whop membership. **Payment information:** subscriptions and checkout are handled entirely by Whop, our commerce platform. We store only your Whop membership ID and subscription tier. We never receive or store your card details, CVV, or full billing address. **Mobile app:** if you use the Sentinel Alpha iOS or Android app, we also collect a device push-notification token (to deliver signal alerts) and basic device information (device model, OS version, app version). Your trade journal is stored only on your device — it is never transmitted to or stored by us. **Usage information:** we track basic site analytics (page views, referrer) via Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal data). **Communication:** if you contact us at alex@sentinelalpha.net, we retain the email content for support purposes. **We do NOT collect:** your broker account info, brokerage credentials, trading positions, account balances, or trade execution details. ## 3. How We Use Your Information - Deliver signals via Discord, mobile push notifications, and the app. - Process subscription payments and verify membership (via Whop). - Send onboarding and transactional emails. - Respond to support requests. - Improve our service. **We do NOT:** - Sell your data to anyone. Ever. - Use your data for retargeting ads. - Share your data with partners or affiliates. ## 4. Third-Party Services We use these third parties to operate: - **Whop** — subscription, checkout, and membership management. Your Rights **Access:** email alex@sentinelalpha.net to request a copy of your data. **Deletion:** you can delete your account directly in the mobile app (Account → Delete Account), which immediately removes your sessions, push tokens, and account record from our servers. You may also cancel your subscription and email us; we delete within 30 days except: - Whop payment records (retained per Whop's terms for tax/fraud) - Discord role audit logs (retained 90 days for dispute resolution) **GDPR (EU residents):** additional rights to portability, rectification, and objection apply. Data Retention - Active subscribers: all of the above, as long as your subscription is active. - Canceled subscribers: email + Whop membership ID retained for 2 years (tax/fraud), then deleted. - Support emails: 2 years from last contact. ## 7. Security We store data on encrypted servers in the US. Access is restricted to the founder and verified community managers under NDA. We use IP-whitelisted API tokens for all third-party integrations. Passwords are never stored — authentication is passwordless, via a one-time email code verified against your Whop membership. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours per GDPR requirements. ## 8. Children Our service is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. ## 9. Changes We may update this policy. Material changes → email notification to all active subscribers + 30 days notice. Minor changes (typos, clarifications) → updated Last Updated date only. ## 10.
