We do NOT store card details, CVVs, or full billing addresses. **Usage information:** we track basic site analytics (page views, referrer) via Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal data). **Communication:** if you contact us at alex@sentinelalpha.net, we retain the email content for support purposes. **We do NOT collect:** your broker account info, trading positions, account balances, or trade execution details. ## 3. How We Use Your Information - Deliver signals via Discord and mobile app. - Process subscription payments (via Stripe). - Send onboarding and transactional emails. - Respond to support requests. - Improve our service. **We do NOT:** - Sell your data to anyone. Data Retention - Active subscribers: all of the above, as long as your subscription is active. - Canceled subscribers: email + Stripe ID retained for 2 years (tax/fraud), then deleted. - Support emails: 2 years from last contact. ## 7. Security We store data on encrypted servers in the US. Access is restricted to the founder and verified community managers under NDA. We use IP-whitelisted API tokens for all third-party integrations. Passwords are never stored — authentication is handled by Stripe, Discord, and email. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours per GDPR requirements. ## 8. Children Our service is for adults only (18+).
