Agreement By subscribing to Sentinel Alpha ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and our [Privacy Policy](/privacy). If you do not agree, do not subscribe. ## 2. What You Get A subscription grants access to: - Real-time 0DTE SPX options signals (all paid tiers) - Futures signals for ES/NQ (Pro + Founding Member tiers) - Sentinel Alpha Discord community - Educational content in member channels - Mobile app (once available) Tier-specific access is defined at checkout and on our [pricing page](/#pricing). ## 3. What You're NOT Getting - **Financial advice.** Sentinel Alpha LLC is NOT a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All signals and content are for educational and informational purposes ONLY and do not constitute personalized investment advice. - **Trade execution.** We do NOT connect to your broker, execute trades, or manage positions. You are solely responsible for your own trades. - **Guaranteed returns.** Past performance does not guarantee future results. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss. You can lose your entire investment. ## 4. Risk Disclosure Options trading, especially 0DTE (zero-days-to-expiration) options, is highly speculative and involves substantial risk. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely. 0DTE options can expire worthless within hours, resulting in total loss of premium paid. Individual results vary based on execution, fills, timing, market conditions, and position sizing. Historical win rates and grade performance are retrospective and do not guarantee any future outcome. ## 5. Subscription Terms **Billing:** subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) at the price locked in at signup (for Founding Members, locked for life). **Cancellation:** you may cancel anytime through the Stripe Billing Portal. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. **No refunds.** Sentinel Alpha is a no-refund subscription service. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that: - No refunds are provided, pro-rated or otherwise, after payment. - Canceling at any time stops future billing but does NOT refund any prior payments. - "I didn't use it" / "I changed my mind" / "Market was bad" / "I didn't make money" are NOT grounds for refund. **Price changes:** we may change prices for new subscribers. Existing subscribers keep their locked-in price unless you cancel and resubscribe. Founding Members have their $99/mo rate locked for life per their tier commitment at signup. ## 6. Acceptable Use You agree to: - Use the service for your personal trading decisions only. - NOT share signals, screenshots, or content outside the Sentinel Alpha server. - NOT resell, redistribute, or repackage our content. - NOT use the service to provide personalized financial advice to others. - NOT scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to our signals. - NOT harass or abuse other members, community managers, or the founder. **Violation = immediate termination with no refund.** ## 7. Intellectual Property All content (signals, grading, educational materials, branding) is the exclusive property of Sentinel Alpha LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the service while subscribed. No rights are transferred by your subscription. Our signals contain invisible watermarks. Distribution outside our platforms is detectable and results in immediate termination + legal action. ## 8. Limitation of Liability **To the maximum extent permitted by law:** - Sentinel Alpha LLC is NOT liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, slippage, or any other financial harm from your use of our signals. - Our maximum cumulative liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. - We are not liable for service outages, signal delays, Discord downtime, or third-party failures (Stripe, Discord, broker). ## 9. Termination We may terminate your subscription for: - Violation of these Terms - Non-payment - Fraudulent chargebacks - Abuse of the community - Regulatory requirement No refund is provided upon termination. ## 10. Disputes **Governing law:** New York. **Arbitration:** disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration per the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in New York. You waive your right to participate in class actions. **Small claims court:** you may alternatively file in small claims court if eligible. ## 11. Changes We may update these Terms. Material changes → email notification with 30 days notice + continued use = acceptance. Minor changes → updated Last Updated date only. ## 12.
